Holidays at the station in 2008

1. A self-catering gîte for up to ten people

These prices are for exclusive use of the whole station for self-catering parties of up to ten people, and the rent includes gas, electricity, water, sheets, towels, linen, laundry, pool maintenance and cleaning - in fact, everything except long-distance phone calls. The beds are made up when you arrive, and I can arrange a fridge-full of food or a meal for your first evening if you wish.

An initial deposit of 25% of the full rent is required to secure a telephone/email reservation. The balance is payable at least eight weeks before the start of your holiday, along with a (nor­mally returnable) security deposit of £ 500 /€ 760 per week. The local “taxe de séjour” (tourist tax) of €0.50 per person/night is included in your rent.

Holidays are from 4 p.m. Saturday to 10 a.m. Saturday unless we agree otherwise before­hand.

Meals service available by arrangement.

2. "Bed and Breakfast"

Individual rooms are € 60 per room per night including breakfast (up to three people per room). Home-cooked evening meals normally available at €18,50 per person including local wine.

3. Other possibilities

I am happy to shop and prepare meals for you, help to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries or other special occasions, act as tour guide and chauffeur, collect you from the airport or TGV station, help you make bookings and arrange visits, cookery and language courses or “days out” with French hosts to improve your French. Just let me know how I can make your holiday more enjoyable.
